By creating a myDoorz account or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using myDoorz on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

myDoorz provides a property management platform that includes, but is not limited to:

• AI-powered tenant screening and lease generation
• Automated maintenance request dispatch
• In-app rent collection and financial ledger management
• Smart access and lock management
• Resident onboarding and digital welcome packages
• Resident perks and local offers

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mydoorz.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

myDoorz charges the following fees:

• Single property: $50/month flat fee
• 2–99 units: $8 per unit per month
• 100+ units: $7 per unit per month
• Per lease signed: $80 one-time onboarding fee per tenant

Fees are billed monthly. Onboarding fees are charged at the time of lease signing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice.

You agree not to use myDoorz to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including fair housing laws
• Discriminate against applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or familial status
• Submit false or misleading information about properties or tenants
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
• Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications

You are responsible for using tenant screening results in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Housing Act, and all applicable state and local laws. myDoorz provides screening data as a tool — final tenancy decisions remain your responsibility. Adverse action notices must be sent by you, not myDoorz.

All content, software, and technology on the myDoorz platform is owned by myDoorz Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myDoorz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in that month.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that we determine poses a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of myDoorz after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
